How Much Does Appliance Repair Cost In Folkestone?

Are All Appliances The Same Price?

The fixed call out fee is £45 for most domestic appliances, including washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, cookers and standard fridges.

For Miele appliances, range cookers, American style fridge freezers and integrated combination microwaves, the fixed call out fee is £65.

We repair domestic appliances only, so no commercial appliances. We also repair integrated combination microwaves but not freestanding ones.

We don't offer repairs for gas appliances, TVs or air conditioning units.

Check Your Warranty Before You Book

If your appliance is under warranty, contact the manufacturer first. Getting a third party to repair it could void your warranty guarantee, and we wouldn't want that for you.

The same applies if your appliance is insured. Check with your insurer before booking a repair.

What's Included In The Call Out Fee?

When we arrive, the first job is to find the fault. Once we've done that, we'll give you a repair quote that includes the parts and labour, so you can decide whether you'd like us to go ahead.

A lot of repairs are finished on the first visit because our engineers carry spare parts with them. If yours needs a part we don't have, we'll order it and book you back in as soon as it arrives, usually within a couple of days.
